The Team

Katie Dunning
Submissions Manager
With 5 years of experience in the Eco Scheme, I’ve successfully managed a wide range of projects focused on improving energy efficiency across the UK - including fabric insulation, domestic heating, and ventilation.
In my current role as Submission Manager, I ensure full compliance with PAS2030 regulations while driving continuous improvements to raise standards and deliver lasting, high-impact results. Passionate about creating greener, more efficient homes, I’m dedicated to making a difference - one project at a time.

Thomas Branch
Retrofit Coordinator
With a strong background in retrofit coordination and a passion for sustainability, I oversee the planning and delivery of energy efficiency improvements under government-backed schemes.
From managing stakeholders to ensuring compliance and reviewing technical reports, I make sure each project runs smoothly, on time, and within budget. I’m proud to work in an industry where I not only make a living but genuinely improve people’s lives while helping protect the environment every single day.

Max Hawkins
Retrofit Assessor
Altum kindly welcomed me into the team with a background in warehouse operations and a desire to grow into a more impactful and skilled career path. Since then, I’ve been supported every step of the way - Altum put me through my Retrofit Assessor training, and I’m now fully qualified, carrying out assessments for the last 7 months.
In my role, I visit residential properties across the UK to carry out detailed home energy assessments. My day-to-day includes surveying homes, collecting data on building fabric, heating systems, ventilation, and energy usage, and inputting this information into specialist software to produce accurate and compliant retrofit assessment reports. By helping to identify suitable energy efficiency upgrades - such as insulation, heating improvements, and renewables - I play a key part in supporting households to access ECO4 funding and make their homes warmer, greener, and more cost-effective. Being part of a team that genuinely wants to improve lives through sustainability makes the job incredibly rewarding.

Bevis Cooper
Compliance Manager
I’ve worked in the ECO space for over five years, starting out in auditing for a funder and gradually moving through the supply chain to the installer side.
Now, as Compliance Manager, I make sure everything we do meets the standards set by our regulators and stays fully above board when applying for funding. I’m passionate about ECO because it’s one of the few industries that makes a real, day-to-day difference in people’s lives while also helping tackle bigger societal challenges.
