Altum Organisation was founded in 2021. We started out helping homeowners access energy efficiency schemes, connecting people with the right support to make their homes more efficient.
As demand grew, so did our ambition. In 2024, we took the natural next step, from helping arrange energy improvements to delivering them ourselves. Today, we design and install solar PV, battery storage and EV charging directly, with our own MCS and NICEIC accredited engineers carrying out every project from survey to aftercare.
That shift matters. It means the advice you get and the installation you receive both come from the same team, not a referral passed between different companies along the way.

Around 90% of our team is based in Wales. We recruit locally, train locally, and are building pathways for people coming out of college and university to build long-term careers in renewable energy.
