From the moment Ash knocked on my door, Wasim with his drone and consultation plan and Nicky who kept in touch about everything at every stage, to Lewis who fitted the panels and Danny the electrician, the process was so smooth and everyone so friendly, professional and hardworking, it was a real pleasure to watch them work. Danny especially kept me informed at all times and was very chatty and easy to talk to, explaining everything clearly and open to any and all questions.
The disruption in the house was limited and all rubbish removed. The app is mesmerising, I could watch it for hours, seeing the electricity flow from the solar panels to the battery, the house and the excess to the grid.
The after sales service seems great so far too.
I would highly recommend Altum for anyone looking to install solar power in their home.
